Why is the title called “Accident” for i think it was big mistake that accidentally they forgot to pack the box with what I actually ordered. Sent in a message asking for asap delivery of the item that was paid for fully but not included in the shipped package.
It was nothing too major a 31$ cpu heatsink fan, but than again i wont be able to use the cpu without a heatsink fan now would I ? Sorry but i do not like intel cpu’s stock cooler. IT simply sucks !! Cpu however i think are nice. So, here i am kicking myself for the unwanted delay’s this will all cause before my new Rig gets setup ! Was hoping to set up the new rig this weekend and move out my old existing rig to different case.
Have ordered remaining parts like Ram, Hdd, TV+LCD 22inch samsung screen and my first ever EVGA video card from NCIX however on the same date , december 31, 2008 . That’s right on new years eve at 11.30 pm !! NCIX has not even yet packaged the contents and send it off via shipping. However, directcanada was prompt in shipping the order on 3rd January 2009 itself but failed to deliver properly !!
Now i wait and see how long it takes for Directcanada to actually send the heatsink fan, which apparently now on their website shows out of stock !! But when I ordered it was in Stock else system there wont let you order, its a build in safeguard feature you can say in their ordering system.
Any ways here are some shots of the box the items came in, do not there was finger sized hole in the box, showing the box was certainly not handled properly. So motherboard and cpu might have taken some serious blows already !!

Below is the confirmation of the missing item, as even in the box the list of items sent did not have the heatsink anywhere, so it was an honest mistake which i am sure will be corrected without me having to pay anything extra to get it shipped.

Happy shopping at directcanada. Its not like i never shopped on directcanada before i have, but never had an issue like an item gone missing and never shipped before. And i have trust in directcanada that they will correct the error pretty soon.

Well they are suppose to ship the out of stock heatsink anything it becomes available, how long that will take not sure, but i am hoping to pick it up today for i see on the tracking :
